1 Photo 1 Story: Trains

Choo-Choo!

While I don't see myself building a model train set in my basement, I do have a genuine fondness for them. I suppose I'm drawn to anything with an engine.

To me, trains represent both escape and progress on rails. I recall seeing them during road trips, disappearing into hidden canyons or mountain tunnels, vanishing into fields. The tracks would parallel the road, seeming to race my car towards an unknown destination.

Later, as I became drawn to the graffiti scene, train cars became a prominent feature, adding another dimension to my appreciation for them. Though I'm no longer active in that subculture, a distinct feeling stirs within me every time I see a train passing by.
